At Grow & Glow Hub, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we are here to help.


1. Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Timeframe: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order (as required under EU consumer protection law).
  • Non-returnable items:
    • Digital products
    • Personalized or custom items
    • Clearance or final sale items

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item).

3. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Send photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
